Yes! We offer special discounts for extended stays. For boarding of 7 days or more, you receive a 10% discount. For stays of 30 days or more, you receive a 20% discount. Contact us for custom packages for longer stays.
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. For boarding services, we require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking.
Our prices are transparent with no hidden fees. Additional charges may apply for special dietary requirements, medications administration, or extra services requested. All additional charges will be communicated upfront before any service is provided.
Yes! We offer monthly grooming packages and annual wellness plans that can save you up to 25% on regular services. Contact us to learn more about our membership options and find the best plan for your pet's needs.
For boarding reservations, cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are charged the full amount for the first day. Grooming appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
